April and May

We would like to recognize Eric Senn, the winner of the April continuous improvement contest. Eric’s idea has improved communication between Rosendin, the GC, the mechanical, and sprinkler contractors with regards to ceiling penetration layout and coordination. The team is using Bluebeam with mark-ups and communicating through the drawings.

We would also like to recognize Ali Gittings, the winner of the May continuous improvement contest. Ali’s improvement was providing a step-by-step guide exhibiting how to create BOM’s, RFI’s, submittals, and meeting minutes for use by new project team members. This improved the time from training to production and improved the accuracy, quality, efficiency, and consistency of the documents.
