The Lean Construction Institute has opened video submissions of Constructions Best Practices on their ‘Daily Huddle’ Youtube Channel

From conduit bending to laying trenches, Rosendin employees are leaders in reducing time and material waste in the construction industry. We can prove this claim by showing off our most innovative ideas on the public stage.

The Lean Culture Institute is looking for some of the best and brightest in the construction industry to submit how they have make improvements in their processes.


Video Requirements:

  • Video length should only be 2-4 minutes in length
  • Clearly demonstrate a “before” caption or problem
  • Clearly demonstrate an “after” caption or solution
  • Make sure all voices are audible and background noise is minimum
  • Demonstrate adherence to standard safety protocols (e.g. wearing safety glasses, gloves, hard hats, work boots etc.)
  • Ensure the area and subjects of the video are well lit
  • No offensive language or clothing
  • Be yourself, keep it simple and fun!
