We would like to recognize Beverly Groom for her dedication to continuous improvement! Beverly recognized a significant amount of downtime associated with our Rosendin folks waiting on trainers to help them learn the cumbersome process of estimating in the estimating software, “Accubid”. Beverly decided to take action, by creating PowerPoint presentations that entail step-by-step information on how to use Accubid. Beverly’s contribution to continuous improvement yielded a savings of up to 240 minutes per day! We all need to take the time needed to train our employees! Awesome work Beverly!
