We would like to recognize Beverly Groom for her continuous improvement idea. Beverly noticed the extra-processing and overproduction wastes at her workplace. There were several weekly meetings taking place and Beverly had a wonderful idea to merge these meetings together and reduce the amount of hours spent in weekly meetings. The project team agreed to Beverly’s proposal and saved a collective some of 540 MINUTES PER WEEK!!! Way to go Beverly!!
