Both office and field personnel from the Special Projects Division in Tempe gathered in the Division 4 Training Room earlier this month for an interactive training session. Learners used budget hours, a mock schedule, and a 3 Week Planning sheet to lay out a crew for a job site scenario.   

Division 4 – Material Management

On April 10th Division 4 Foremen, General Foremen and Superintendents all gathered in the Training Room in the Tempe, AZ office for the Material Management Module of the Foreman Development Series. Discussions included various issues associated with ordering and handling jobsite materials, as well as studying “best practices” for better material management on the project.
