Changes in the contract documents

We would like to recognize Joe Salinas (Foreman/Detailer), Jassen Torzsa (General Foreman) and Trevor Anhalt (APM) for their Continuous improvement idea. They focused on minimizing waste that was occurring when they were not effectively reviewing and conveying contract change to their team members. They created a process that leveraged Bluebeam and PlanGrid to find the best way to present information and make it available to the entire project team. They have earned their project team a trip to this year’s LCI Congress being held in Dallas-Fort Worth.
